1. My Audi has MMI fitted. Will this kit fit my car?
This unit compatible with Audi A4/A5/Q5/Q7/C6 with factory MMI or MMI plus.
Please notice the following important parts:
1) Audi A4/A5/Q5 customers need to check car whether is Basic version;
Check the screen size is 6.5inch or 7inch;If it’s 7inch, then CarPlay module support the car.
2) Audi Q7 which 6.5” screen doesn’t supported; 8.4” screen (2016-2017) doesn’t supported too.
2. My car has AMI (Audi Music Interface). Will this fit my car?
Yes, it will fit all Audi with or without AMI.
3. Will I have to change my original car screen or make wiring modifications?
This kit allows retain the factory fitted display screen in your car; Needn’t cutting wires etc.
4. Will sound come out of my Audi radio?
Yes, this kit allows music playback,and all sounds to be emitted through the car speakers;
Simply switch the Audi radio to ‘AUX’ source mode for playback.
5. How do I plug in my iPhone?
This unit only supports wired connection, connect via USB cable.
It has its own dedicated USB port–simply route this to a location of your preference;
and plug in a genuine Apple lightning cable to attach your phone.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
